![]() There are many opensource projects where the front end and website are open source and then 2 version of the backend exist, a public 'free' version and a private 'paid' version which may be distributed as. In terms of keeping it opensource, not only will that allow others to see the code etc, you'll get many people contributing towards your code to help fix bugs/issues/feature requests which could be a huge help.
